Synopsis

Tomoko and Yuu meet up around Poutlet Park, with the manga cutting back to a few days ago when they made plans. In the flashback Yuu says that it's Kotomi's birthday next week and asks if they could go shopping to get her a present. Tomoko agrees, but secretly believes that this is a waste of money and time.

Cutting back to the present, Yuu asks Tomoko what Kotomi would like as a gift. Tomoko talks about baseball and her little brother, which makes Yuu think about Tomoki and Kotomi getting married. Tomoko threatens to kill Yuu, freaking her out.

Yuu suggests that maybe Kotomi wouldn't mind something girly. They stop by a store for undergarments and Ucchi spots them. As usual, Tomoko is sexually harassing Yuu, who happens to look like Ucchi. The girl believes that Tomoko is obsessed with her, and wonders about Tomoko and Yuu's relationship if they seem to be buying underwear for each other.

Tomoko notices Ucchi and decides to leave to simply buy Kotomi a towel, making Yuu wonder what was the point of any of this. While at home, Tomoko takes a bath with her towels being switched up by Mrs. Kuroki when she wasn't looking.

Sometime later, the three friends meet up at Startuary's Coffee to give Kotomi her gifts. Yuu gives Kotomi a hair clip, while Tomoko gives her a towel Tomoki used. This makes Yuu believe that Tomoko understands Kotomi better than her.
